Disclosing your herpes status, having ‘the talk’ can fill many of us with dread. I read a couple of posts online where people had actually put their status on their online dating profiles. Here is what I have to sya about that, everybody has something. Something personal and intimate about themselves that they don’t go around plastering on their foreheads. Whether they have had an abortion, HIV, herpes, have been raped people don’t put that on their dating profiles. These things are to be talked about privately, with people we TRUST, when we are ready and BEFORE being intimate and any sexual contact.
