Perfect way to make someone eat their vegetables :) (Serves 6-8) 3 tbsp olive oil 3 cups of Finley chopped veggies (onion, zucchini, bell peppers, mushroom, garlic, carrot, broccoli) 2 bay leaves 2-3 tbsp red chilli flakes 3 tbsp dried herbs 700 g tomato puree Salt and sugar to taste 1 litre hot water 500 g uncooked pasta Fresh basil leaves Grated parmesan 100 g
