The Practice of Data Free Flow With Trust In the Context of Digital Economy Transformation in Indonesia Digital transformation has moved to become one of the primary keys to economic recovery during the pandemic and making the economy expand at a large scale. In the Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) G20 forum, one of the important issues raised was about Cross Border Flow and Data Free Flow with Trust (DFFT). The increasingly widespread digital space has consequences for intensive data flows to drive the digital economy. One solution to anticipate the consequences of an intensive surge in data flow is by elaborating rules related to privacy, data protection, IPR and data security issues. That way, digital transformation in every country can run well.
