The quarantine legacy for each of us is a mixture of many emotions and experiences. As scary and difficult as the Covid 19 lockdowns have been, they have also been a once in a life time opportunity to get to know ourselves. For me, I have learned to move forward with a new appreciation for life. And there is an acronym that seriously helped me to change my life and I call it as S. N. A. C. K. I also learnt to treat myself how I would treat a good friend. And not only this, I got to rescue myself.
