Hi I am Komal Gujar, in this Video I have shared what I Eat In A Day for weight loss. In this video i have shared what I Eat In A Day which is nutritious & healthy which will help in healthy weight loss. Here's a recipe for a delicious Whole Wheat Capsicum Paneer Sandwich: Ingredients: - 2 whole wheat bread slices - 100g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled - 1 large capsicum, sliced - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: Chopped cilantro for garnish Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 3. Add sliced capsicum and cook until tender. 4. Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. 6. Place the paneer-capsicum mixture on one bread slice. 7. Top with the second bread slice.
