Hi I am Komal Gujar, in this Video I have shared what I Eat In A Day for weight loss. In this video I have shared what I Eat In A Day which is nutritious & healthy which will help in healthy weight loss.
MEAL PORTION:
Breakfast: one paneer paratha with a cup of ginger tea.
Midmorning: one small apple with few walnut ( 4 pieces)
Lunch: 2 multigrain roti, 1/2 katori spinach sabzi,1/2 Katori lauki sabzi, 1 katori raita.
Evening snacks: one cup ginger tea, one small vegetable besan cheela topping with little paneer.
Dinner : 1/4 katori spinach sabzi, 1/4 katori lauki sabzi, 1 katori kadhi , moong dal khichdi.
Night time tea : jeera tea.
Portion control in your meal is very important in weight loss journey.
