Answer- The whole thing is we need to understand why the premature grain has happened. So when we talk about the premature grain anything before 30 years or 35 years is called as premature and it's the natural course ka khota hai OK the way our skin ages our hair also has to age a little bit and that is why you don't have the melanin secretion of this hair color. Now there are two ways. One is hereditary it is genetic so if you have parents who have had early Gray hair or any of that, you would most probably likely have a Grey hair. The 2nd is nutritional deficiencies and sun exposure stress or smoking. Any of this can lead to the premature graying of the head. In case of any of these factors, you have to treat the cause . But if it is genetic it is kind of you have to go on with the course of it. Regardless of this, when we talk about nutritional deficiencies, especially in Indian women, we lack a lot of vitamin B12. (01: 10)- Causes of grey hair Majorly we have seen in Indian women that we lack vitamin B12. So the first thing is to get it checked and start with B12. The moment you start with it, you cannot completely reverse the Grey hair but it starts getting better. OK and there are other essential vitamins and balance which have to be started. Essentially 30 follow women. So that has to be done. Biotin remains one of the major proteins for the head, so even that should be started for the woman. So when you talk about it and you start noticing, just start of the grey hair, you start with certain supplements and nutrition and then you start getting better.
