Politikus PDI-P Basuki Tjahaja Purnama mengaku ditawari posisi menteri jika mendukung paslon nomor urut 2 di Pilpres 2024. Hal tersebut Basuki alias Ahok sampaikan dalam acara Festival 3 Jari oleh para pendukung Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD di Jerman. Adapun tawaran menjadi menteri itu diiming-imingi akan terjadi pada Maret 2024 nanti. Selain itu, Ahok juga mengaku ditawari posisi direktur utama PT Pertamina jika bergabung di paslon nomor urut 2. Sementara itu, saat dikonfirmasi kembali pada Kamis (8/2/2024), Ahok justru menyebut tawaran menjadi menteri itu hanya masa lalu. Ahok justru mengaku tawaran itu diberikan pada 2018 lalu.
