Kool Buildings's video: Ancient Spanish Monastery - North Miami Beach Florida

@Ancient Spanish Monastery - North Miami Beach Florida
This medieval Spanish monastery was built in the town of Sacramenia in Segovia, Spain in the 12th century. The industrialist William Randolf Hurst illegally purchased the building in 1926, dismantled it and moved it to the United States as an addition to his Hurst Castle in Calfornia. It was shipped over in 11,000 crates. Due to financial issues Hurst couldn't afford to reassemble the building. In 1964 Raymond Moss and Edgemon began to reconstruct the structure. They purchased it in 1952. It took 19 months and cost 1.5 million dollars to put it together again.
