Krista Mitchell's video: Divine Light Activation with Quartz Crystal

I received guidance today to channel messages + a meditation to help us all raise our frequency, which in turn can help us adapt and remain to the energy we’re experience here on the planet, and also in response to 5G. The vision I had was of the collective frequency being sent out into the cosmos right now from our planet, which is that of needing help, fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. I was told the Light IS responding. What we need to do now is raise our frequency (not vibe, I explain the difference in the video), so that we can adapt to the energy we’re experiencing, and become more resilient to it. Lifestyle, faith, joy, gratitude, all play a part, and of course working with crystal especially quartz can help amplify this intention. We also need to be willing to open up and receive and ground the light and Divine intervention being sent our way. All you need is a quartz crystal (of any shape or formation) and a quiet space to participate. Be the light. Ground the light. Become the warrior of light we need at this time.
