Depending on your belief system, the higher self is your luminous self, the ethereal part of yourself that is divine in nature, and a source of wisdom, guidance, and your gateway to ascension. Some refer to it as your light body, and believe that the more you work on evolving your consciousness and healing your shadow aspect, the more you embody and merge with your light body. I turn to the wisdom and serenity of my higher self when I feel stuck or afraid, or when I know I have to lift my conscious awareness to a better place, and a more “zen” mindset, if you will. Apophyllite is a crystal that helps raise our frequency to realms of light and consciousness that offer healing, peace, serenity, wisdom, and greater connection to our divine teachers and wisdom keepers. It helps us to connect with and embody our higher selves. This meditation with apophyllite is a journey to the realm of the higher self, to receive guidance, healing, and also a sense of direction as we both individually and collectively move forward.
