因小岳的重要成長時期都是在士林，另外對於中西融合的飲食，及選擇純真的食品等淵源，所以有了本次機會，可以一起幫台灣傳統糕餅文化，創造中西合併的飲食面貌作代言。又小岳對烘焙還蠻有概念的，主動希望了解食材來源和製作過程，所以還特別到郭元益生產線桃園楊梅工廠，親身參與並穿上圍裙，跟師傅們一同手作，如郭元益 Kuo Yuan Ye グォユェンイー 궈웬이 的起家餅冰沙餡餅，還有大家耳熟能詳的中秋節蛋黃酥，手作的訣竅是桿製與壓延餅皮要做得很薄、皆不簡單，但他很快就上手囉! 另因小岳喜歡鳳梨酸的口味及鳳梨契作的故事等，因此郭元益也特地開發了鳳梨奶皇酥月餅。
