INGREDIENTS -800g chicken liver (marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp oyster sauce and ground black pepper for about 10min) -2pcs chopped onions -8cloves chopped garlic -700g chicken gizzard -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper -3Tbsp soy sauce -4Tbsp oyster sauce -water enough to submerge the gizzard (add more as needed) -2pcs dried bay leaves -1/2tsp whole peppercorn -4Tbsp vinegar -a bit of cooking oil for pan frying Want to promote your brand/product through my channel???
