It's not supposed to reproduce the experience exactly. It's designed to be a conversation starter and empathy builder. ▼ see below for links & more ▼ We recorded this video at the 2018 Mental Health Expo in Brisbane CBD with Leanne and the Lose Your Mind crew. In the discussions after each experience we often ask people to imagine what it might be like if they weren't able to simply switch off the experience. This video should begin to give you an idea of what that might be like. We don't show much of the actual experience. You have to go to a Lose Your Mind event and sign the necessary paperwork to experience the full program. In the program you are asked to take in as much information as possible and you're asked a series of questions afterwards.
