Kzoo Keto's video: Keto Spicy Chicken Salad New Asian Mexican Fusion of a Classic

Wait, what? I created a Savory Keto Recipe??? How did that happen?? Well, I've never had chicken salad in my life - mayo has always made me want to gag (especially when I was pregnant) so I have steered clear of anything with mayo for most of my life. Then Keto comes along and makes me try new things. So I thought....ok, I can do this, I like the sriracha mayo that we make....why can't I use that? So I did! I took a chicken salad recipe already available on the web and tweaked to my own liking. Try it out and tell me what you think! Recipe and links to items we use (or similar) below: Keto Asian/Mexican Chicken Salad 1/3 cup mayo https://amzn.to/2J6uP3u 2 Tsp sriracha sauce https://amzn.to/34s6psR 1 Tbsp lemon juice https://amzn.to/2QcN4H2 1/4 tsp ground cumin https://amzn.to/31AqBIB 1/2 tsp onion powder https://amzn.to/352awh8 1 tsp taco seasoning (we have a recipe video here that also has some great Mexican chaffle recipes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6QKCPpIrWo&t=285s ) 1 4oz can green chilis https://amzn.to/2YsbYH3 1/2 cup sliced almonds https://amzn.to/30BPDcx 3 cups shredded chicken salt & pepper to taste Combine mayo, sriracha and lemon juice in a bowl, add to that the cumin, onion powder, and taco seasoning and combine again. When that is thoroughly mixed, add 1 4 ounce can of drained green chilis, 1/2 cup of sliced almonds, and 3 cups of shredded chicken and combine again. It's ready to eat at this point if you wish, but I'd recommend putting a cover on it and letting it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let all the flavors mingle. Enjoy on low carb tortillas, toast, on a chaffle (or as a chaffle with some egg and cheese), or straight out of the container.
