Kzoo Keto's video: Keto Dinner Skillet Lasagna Welsh Rarebit Cookbook Keto

Keto Skillet Lasagna: https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/keto-lasagna-skillet/ Keto Welsh Rarebit Ingredients 3 slices of Keto friendly bread 4 large eggs 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp dry mustard Keto friendly hot sauce, to taste Salt, to taste Ground Black Pepper, to taste 1/8 tsp cream of tartar 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 2. Toast the bread until it's golden brown. Remove immediately. 3. Place the toast in the bottom of an 8" baking dish - I use parchment paper in mine and spray with avocado oil. 4. Separate the eggs into two medium bowls: 4 egg whites in one bowl, 3 egg yolks in the other. 5. Beat the yolks. 6. Stir in the mustard, salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Combine thoroughly. Set aside. 7. In another bowl, add the cream of tartar to the egg whites. 8. Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer (unless you want to give your arm a workout), until they form stiff peaks. 9. Stir a large spoonful of whipped egg white into the yolk mixture, stirring gently until well combined. 10. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites, with a rubber scraper, to keep as much air/volume as possible in the mixture. 11. Carefully spoon the mixture over the toast in the baking pan. 12. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until browned and puffy. 13. Serve immediately. You'll want to calculate macros based on your ingredients.
