スチュワーデス。僕はラテアートで海外に仕事に行くこともあり、いろんな国のスチュワーデスを見てきた。見てはきたが、そんなにスチュワーデスに話しかける機会は無い。お酒も飲まないし。スチュワーデスはスチュワーデスっぽい顔をしていると思う。マックの店員はマックの店員の顔をしているし、スタバもそうだ。大きな会社は接客マニュアルや方針がしっかりしているので、みんな同じように挨拶・対応をする。そうすると、表情筋が鍛えられ、それで顔が似てくるのだ。環境がその人の顔になる。もちろん会社以外でも、自分のいる環境、お酒や喫煙などの生活スタイルによって出来上がる表情というのもある。ちょっと考え方が変な人の目つきだとか、距離感だとか、色々なところで"自分"が出来ている。僕は接客業の中で、そういうところを見て仕事をしているのだ。じょーじ Thank you!
