LOEWE's video: LOEWE FLAME

@LOEWE | FLAME
Celebrating the cultural legacy of the Chinese monochrome ceramics that inspired our Chinese monochrome collection, ceramicist Natasha Daintry explores how she created Flame – a collection of 44 individual porcelain pots in shades from yellow to orange and red using an old Chinese glaze recipe called Longquan. LOEWE will sponsor the creation of a new monochrome ceramics educational program at the Jingdezhen Ceramic University that seeks to preserve this ancient craft and its cultural heritage. Located in the thousand-year-old porcelain capital of Jingdezhen, the Jingdezhen Ceramic University is the only multidisciplinary undergraduate college in China that features ceramics studies.
