Dear friends, Today we are going to share one of the main hair loss reason hemoglobin deficiency. many of them don't know the importance of hemoglobin. its very essential Iron content protien contains in RBC. hemoglobin is a oxigen carrier of human body and nutritional transporter. The deficiency of hemoglobin may cause hair loss and hair thinning problem (not get enough nutrients to hair follicles ) Then come extreme hair loss, visible scalp, hair thinning,baldness Now this problems faces age between 10 to 50 How to improve hemoglobin and clear this issue vitamin c supports absorption of iron so first we must take vitamin c content food We get simply vitamin c from this sources Orange, mosambi, sweet orange, Indian gooseberry, guava fruit, etc... At least take any one amoung this then start taking iron content foods you can take medine,iron table and iron syrup. the result gets only the using time then again get low hemoglobin level we can improve iron then get enough hemoglobin level. what are the sources of rich iron content foods. 1)vegitables -beetroot, carrot (its contain iron but take more time to balance hemoglobin 2)Leafy vegitables -almost leafy vegitables are the best source of iron content spinach, almost spinach type leafy vegitables, moringa leaf etc...we must take at leat one time a day and weekly at least 3 day then we can improve hemoglobin with in 3 months 3)sesame seeds and ragi (one of the millet) have iron in small amount 4)The best iron source is dry fruits. not all dry fruits. 3 type of dry fruits That boost hemoglobin level high. it jumps hemoglobin level with in one or one and half months a)dry black grape (with seed) soak 10-12 dry black grapes entire night then eat in the morning empty stomach b)Dry Fig fruit fig is a miracle dry fruit. it is not only increase hemoglobin. its improve reproductive health of womens(clear period cramps, periodical issues, infertility, feel energetic )best food for ladies Eat fig in morning empty stomach just 3 fig fruit enough c)Dates Date is another iron source dry fruit. do not eat more then 3 nos per day. its more healthy dry fruit its improve hemoglobin and support healthy metabolism. 5)good Jaggery powder or ball best source or iron Eat two spoon Jaggery powder daily its improve hemoglobin 6) honey another source of iron drink with water we can add half lemon get best result. (honey may cause weight loss so do not take Lean type body peoples Do not purchase local and low quality products. quality very very important. 7)pomegranate have iron better then other fruits but its get benefit the using time when we stopped then again start the same problem This are the sources of iron for improve hemoglobin. you can take any of this food then improve hemoglobin level so Change your daily un healthy food habits at least add any of this improve your health.
