**NO COPYRIGHT INTENDED* *PLEASE READ* Hello everyone, as you all know, the Philippines was hit by a Typhoon called Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan). It was the strongest yet most destructive one yet that occurred just recently. Around 4000 people died and many more people have been affected by the Typhoon and many of them have lost their families, homes and loved ones and people out there are struggling to find shelter and food to survive. Most of them lost everything they had due to the destruction.. Now my point is, how can we help them? There are SO many ways that we can help! Donate, fundraise, do whatever you can to help. Even praying! Every prayer counts! I've been planning something with my mom and I can't wait to tell you all about it once it's confirmed. But in the meantime, do whatever you can to help the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. We can also make the world a better place this way. Helping others for a good cause :) I just want to thank you for taking your time to read this. It's really important not only to me, but to so many people out there. Also, as many of you may know, I AM Filipina, born and raised in Canada, and yes, I do have family members in the Philippines. Although they weren't hit by the Typhoon, I really do want to help those who were. For those who don't know, this song "Hawak Kamay" means "Hold Hands" in English. It is a tagalog song written & sung by the talented Yeng Constantino. This song means a lot to me because of how strong the message is and it really does touch peoples hearts. Basically, the meaning of the song is that no matter what you're going through in life, if you're going through some hard times in your life and struggling, stay strong and never give up on faith because no matter what the situation you're in, whether it's good or bad, you'll make it through and you won't be alone. just keep your head up high and don't lose hope.
