I just got my new snazzy spin bike from BestBuy.ca (yay! thank you.. literally love it btw)... so I thought I'd put together a little vid on some little changes that you can make to get the most out of the training type for my thick girls, and my slim girls. For my thick girls, too much spinning (potentially more than once a week can make your thighs bigger with sexy muscle.. but this can create changes that you may not like... i.e. your thighs rubbing... if you like this.. then cool... keep going!! If this result is not of you, but you love spinning... try going faster rather than turning up the intensity every time you get stronger and this may assist you with keeping those fat loss and sexy leg goals while not have the side effect of ripping all your jeans with your new massive thighs... js.... For my slim girls... you can do spinning as intended... intense (aka through mud - as I call it, fast etc, etc... and it can assist in putting on a bit of muscle size while burning some of your 'skinny-fat' fat.. ;-), or.. even better, try the drill as described in the vid. I've also added in info on Heart Rate training! I love my new Polar Chest Strap ... woo ya!!! (also from my Best Buy shopping spree.. lol)... woot woot (see link for both below - Lyzabeth approved and tested products, :-p ) I like to go for my fat burning in short hiit sprint as shown in this vid 30 seconds on - 85-95% intensity, 1-3 minutes rest x 5-7 sets... The heart rate monitor is so helpful to keep me 'honest' in how hard I am really training... no cheating when you're literally attached to a monitor... Hope this vid helped!!
