INGREDIENTES: 5 chiles poblanos asados y sin piel cortados en rajas 1 lata de media crema 1 la ta de elote amarillo grande 45gr de queso crema philadelphia 1 cda de caldo de pollo en polvo 1/2 taza de leche entera 1 cebolla blanca cortada en plumas 2 cdas de mantequilla 1/2 cdita de aceite.
