Yes, you read right: cauliflower waffles are waffles made out of cauliflower. It’s like taking the cauliflower pizza craze to a yummy new level! Savory and delicious, they make for an amazing brunch. Ingredients below! INGREDIENTS (to make about 3 medium waffles) -1 medium-sized cauliflower head -⅓ cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded -⅓ cup Asiago cheese, shredded -garlic salt, to taste (I put about 1 tsp) -pepper -⅓ cup of chopped chives -3 eggs TOPPINGS The Italian Cauliwaffle: -Red pizza sauce -Mozzarella cheese -Black Olives -Italian cream cheese spread: cream cheese, garlic salt, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese.
