Lady Tina Leder's video: How To Emotionally Connect In 10 Minutes With ANYONE

Credit to Second City Los Angeles for this exercise that helped a group of strangers feel connected, form instant bond, and built a foundation of trust with each other. I found this over the years to work with every kind of relationship for those open to the idea. This doesn't replace forming a bond and trust over time, however, it creates a foundation of reciprocated empathy, a feeling of safety, and building trustworthiness instantly with most people (keep in mind, this is based on my personal anecdotes). I found this works with co-workers, friends, and spouses (especially husbands who are looking for "how to emotionally connect with my wife"). Trust can be built easier when an emotional connection is established, so think of this as one tool you can use now and in the future! The most important thing is to have an intention of positivity and open mindedness, otherwise, this exercise won't be effective. The idea is that you could play the recording with a willing partner, but also, feel free to do it along with me as practice!
