LadySaraK's video: Merida Hiccup MEP Part

This is my part for Oncie Punzie's 72-hr MEP And it's kind of her B-Day MEP too! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqKyXYQ5xYhbDg5GcvnTnUw Since I had only 72 hours to finish it, and I was determined to deliver it on time, there aren't that many manips in here (and they're not that fancy either T_T).. AND to top it all After Effects crashed and I had to reinstall it. But in the end, I thought the chorus fitted the "manip-less scenes" :D I picked Merricup for this part because they're the kind of people who climb mountains and cross oceans :) I also like this ship, it's popular, but I can see why. They make a pretty great team! There's no complicated storyline here, I'm basically following the song, pretty self-explanatory. ------------------------------------- And guys, the fact that I'm putting Hiccup in crossover videos (which will happen again XD) does not diminish my love for Hiccstrid (aka Hiccup and Astrid's relationship). In fact I'm trying to find a song to describe them because I haven't done a Hiccstrid video in AGES and I don't want my crossovers to upset my canon-loving friends :D I have a Hiccstrid video on my computer, but it's so old now and it's not that impressive because: 1- I only had the 2nd trailer of HTTYD 2 2- My editing back then wasn't as good as it is now (at least I think so). It's not all that bad, but... refer to no.1 :D And right now I don't have the energy or inspiration to redo it, so I'm thinking of an entirely new video, as much as I hate to see my old vids going to waste :/ Sometimes I think I should make a video with all my very very old unpublished videos (kinda like MEP collections, you know? tbh it would be more like crack vids because some of these are REALLY old), but then I cringe at the thought and never do it XD -------------------------------- I wanted to add that, as you may have noticed, I have finally decided to work with custom thumbnails!! Woohoo! But since I don't like misleading thumbnails that give a false impression that the video is more sophisticated than it really is, I will always try to make them reflect the actual content (i.e. they contain an actual snapshot or manip from the video... etc). The reason that led me to finally enable custom thumbnails is my MEP, whose three suggested thumbnails just didn't represent the MEP at allll (they were three snapshots from three different parts, one of them mine, but it didn't look like a group project). So anyway, expect more custom thumbnails from now on, but please please tell me if they gave you higher expectations to not-so-great content, okay? :) To Oncie Punzie: I know I've already sent you the link, but I discovered a teeny tiny typo (wide not wild) which I corrected here. So you can take this version instead (although this one has a different watermark, so just let me know if it's too big for ya) ;)
