Well it is that time of year once again! The 3rd Annual Whirligig Wars is right around the corner and once again A Simple Design of Ocala, Inc. & Woodworking for Mere Mortals join together to bring you the hottest woodworking event of the summer.. Whirligig Wars 2014 runs from July 10 - 31 this year giving an additional 2 weeks for entries to be submitted. Not only do your entries give you a chance to win some cool prizes but they will also help Make-A-Wish come true. For each entry submitted A Simple Design of Ocala will be donating $10 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition, Woodworking For Mere Mortal's Steve Ramsey will award the Make-A-Wish Award. This goes to one whirligig with a theme of "hope and inspiration". That winner can select any t-shirt from The WWMM Wood Shoppe and Steve will donate $250 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation on his/her behalf.
