Lasker Emanuel's video: Chess: Game Analysis Closed Sicilian

An analysis of a game I played as Black in the Closed Sicilian, first by hand, and then with an engine to check my mistakes. O-O a6 9. h3 b5 {We are both working to complete our development, but since my opponent is a little unambitous with reguards to space, I claim the space he does not, expanding on the queenside.} 10. Bf4 Bb7 11. Re1 Qb6 12. Qc1 Rac8 {Developing my rook to line up with my opponents queen, at the moment there is a lot of stuff in the way, but of course stuff can move..,} 13. Ne2 {Here my opponent goes back with his knight, and I suspect me may play with sometimes like c3 and then d4, chalinging my pawn center and opening up the center} Nd4 {I quite like the plan I come up with here, something about it is a touch "off", I don't think a GM would play this here, but for the amature level, I think it's a strong plan. My idea is to gain an additional central pawn, open the c file to maximize pressure and use the combination of my space advantage and pressure down the c file to tie up my opponents pieces.} 14. Nexd4 cxd4 15. Qd2 {Here I feel a touch rudderless for a second, ok, I have more space, three center pawns, play down the c file.. .but what do I actually do here? I ultimatly decide I want to roll the queen side pawns here and use them to make threats, take more space, etc.} (15. b4) 15... a5 16. b4 {This move surprised me a lot, I did not expect him to play it, I guess he felt like he was getting squezed by the space problems.
