Today am sharing a very useful sharing vegan whipped cream using chick peas(chole) in other words we call in india. Few tips and tricks are shared to get perfect soft peak from the aquafaba made from chickpra brine.This is a perfect vegan egg Substitue can be used in baking. ingredients 3 tbsp aquafaba(This video explains making of aquafaba from chick peas and how tomake whipped cream out of it) 3 tbsp icing sugar Vanilla essense fewdrops Tips & Tricks: 1. Use Organic Chick Peas dried 2. Ensure your aquafaba liquid is thicker not thin..if not thicker after boiling chickpeas boil the liquid alone to get it slight thicker(remember it gets more thicker after cools down) 3. preferable use anything more than 350 watts hand mixer . 4. Maintain chillness throughtout the process your bowl so keep ice cubes ready i used a big wider vessels made ice blocks which helped me throught out the process. 5.
