I am sharing for the first time my late mother's pumpkin bread that is so delicious (even when I mess it up). The vegetable soup I threw together was delicious and healthy. We had some of Phil's family visit for lunch and I served a mulled cider, a delicious apple salad & TJ's pumpkin cheesecake for dessert to bring fall dishes into our lunch. I also shared a healthy fall toddler snack that my daughter absolutely loves! I thought I would rate the Trader Joe's Fall Finds Below: -Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips Rated: Fantastic & Must Get -Spaghetti Squash Casserole Rated: Meh & Won't get again -Pumpkin Cheesecake: Rated: Good but not Great. I think it could have been sweeter. -Unexpected Cheddar Cheese Rated: Fantastic & Must Get -Spicy Pumpkin Samosas Rated: Really Good & pick it up next time at TJs -Spaghetti Squash Rated: Meh & Won't get again -Butternut Squash Rav Rated: Fantastic & Must Get -Pumpkin Waffles Rated: Good but not Great.
