This is my 7 weeks out from the Olympia Episode Working out Shoulders & Back, I call it my touch-up day. Here is what we did: Shoulders 1. 5X Barbell Drag Push : 1 warm up set + 4 working set with adding weight each sets for 10-12 reps 2. 4X DB Hammer Strength 20 Reps in superset with bent reverse flies 15 reps 3. 2X Side laterals GO DOWN THE RACK. Start with heavy that is 20 lb for me do AMRAP ; 15 lb AMRAP ; 10 lb AMRAP ; 5 lb AMRAP with 5 iso hold. 4. 4X Cable lying front raise 12 reps superset with 20 Plate raises Back 1. 4X Cable large grip row. Drop set on the last set 2. 2 sets of assisted pull-ups 2 sets FREE with Shawn spotting me.
