Laurence Galian's video: The New Place Inside

After receiving the honor of more than a million views of my channel, and in particular, my podcast “The Place Inside,” I’ve decided to step things up a notch. So, I am creating “The New Place Inside,” my new and first Vlog. I want to tell you I have never monetized any of my videos and I am not going to change that. “The New Place Inside” is about wisdom. At the great age of 65, I have decided to grow a beard, a large beard. I’ve had beards before, but always trimmed them short. Now I’m going for the real thing and I invite you along for the ride. Beards have always been associated with wisdom, whether we are talking about Dumbledore, Gandalf, Merlin, or Odin. From a non-religious evolutionary perspective, the beard also symbolizes masculinity, as it grows in response to the male hormones or androgens; testosterone and DHT. The past few years have taught me an immense amount of wisdom about what it is to be a man. I have literally had to face death and the loss of all that I had, head on. And not just once. I have had to protect my woman and had to be ready to sacrifice my life for her. The origins of the long beard are from "Wise Men", the people in a tribe or group who dedicated their lives to gaining wisdom and information, and who used their learned skills to help the tribe. The long grey beard is a visual sign of this, and a natural effect of spending longer reading books than shaving - it is an indication of age. The wisdom that I have gained through my 65 years of life has opened the door to a host of wonderful and magical topics. Follow me on my journey as I walk these paths that I am passionate about and have learned a great deal about through first-hand experience. I am committed, if it is the last thing I do, to liberating humanity from its ignorance. All my life I have searched for the keys to unlock the full potential of the human being. I have found a certain degree of help in this regard through a deep knowing. In other words, you need to have a good talk with yourself and ask yourself, "Are you ready to accept that you are the favorite son of god?" Or if you don’t believe in any gods, ask yourself, “Are you ready to accept that you are the unique expression of the Absolute?” "Are you ready to finally accept that you are the Returning King?" No more hiding. No more playing small. Every cell in your body needs to wake up and accept that you are the glorious & victorious Knight returning in triumph after being lost and away for many years. I have been a follower of New Thought (especially The Science of Mind) since I was 21 years old. Recently I have made a great breakthrough in my understanding of New Thought.
