Public demonstration is a time honoured tradition in South Korea. This small gathering by the city hall in Seoul advocates toughness on North Korea while President Moon of the South and Chairman Kim of the North are set to meet at Panmunjom later this month. It's understandable that the demonstrators wave the US flag and their own national flags. What fascinates the visitor is the Israeli national flag, which is not an uncommon sight for such demonstrations in Seoul. Does anyone know why? Take a guess.
