Law Awareness's video: Equal rights to daughters in ancestral property

अब तक पिता की संपत्ति में बेटियों को अधिकार उस स्थिति में मिलता था जबकि संपत्ति पिता द्वारा स्व अर्जित संपत्ति होती थी। लेकिन अब माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि बेटियों को न केवल स्व अर्जित संपत्ति में बल्कि पिता की पुश्तैनी संपत्ति में भी अधिकार मिलेगा। आइए जानते हैं इस डिसीजन के बारे में माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा दिनांक 20 सितंबर 2020 को पुश्तैनी संपत्ति के मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि बेटियों को ना केवल पिता की स्व अर्जित संपत्ति में बल्कि बापदादा की पुश्तैनी संपत्ति में भी वही अधिकार मिलेगा जो कि पुत्र को होता है। Till now, daughters were entitled to the property of the father in case the property was self-acquired property by the father. But now the Hon'ble Supreme Court has made it clear that daughters will get right not only in self acquired property but also in father's ancestral property.
