Friday, July 22, 2011 A bomb was placed in a car going off at the government building in central Oslo. Nordre Buskerud Police received the first message about the shooting on Utøya in Tyrifjorden couple hours later. Eight people are confirmed dead after the explosion in the government quarter. Police have now lowered the number of fatalities after the terrorist attack on Utøya to 68. Four or five people are missing after Utøya-shooting, while two people are missing after the bomb explosion in downtown Oslo. The terror accused 32-year-old told the Oslo police, that he originally planned to be on Utøya Friday, when the former prime minister and the WHO boss gave a speech to participants at the Labour Youth League summer camp.
