LeadMeToPeace Jeanie's video: Lean Not Unto Thine Own Understanding

I am not making light of our issues and problems here in life, but hoping to encourage and exhort the brothers and sisters in Christ. The scriptures do help us get through the hard things in life. Today it dawned on me what the scripture in Proverbs 3:5-6 really means. We are not to "lean upon our own understandings" in some cases. Maybe we are not meant to know. Maybe one day we will understand. I'm not saying it isn't hard. I'm saying it's scripture. When you can't figure it out at the moment, maybe it isn't time yet for you to know. That's where trust comes in. That's when we have to walk by faith, not by sight. Let's pray together that we all get through these times with hope, peace and love. There isn't enough love in the world. Let's love one another and pray for peace. God bless all who are looking for these things. Merry Christmas!
