Lee Billingham Art's video: Drawing a Halloween Michael Myers Theme for Fun Happy Halloween Everyone

Hi Boys and Girls. Thanks for clicking on one of my videos again, it means a lot to me and I appreciate all your support. I thought I would do a fun drawing for Halloween. I wanted to do one of those kinds of drawings that you did when you were a kid, but with a darker twist to it, hence Micheal Myers. I know that that part is probably a bit too dark for some kids, but I have always loved the macabre and horror stories even as a kid. I used Faber Castell Polychromos and Caran D'Ache Luminance coloured pencils on this drawing, along with Touch New markers, Copic Markers and a Posca White and Red Marker for highlights. As usual, I sketched out my drawing lightly and then took more time on it to get the base drawing. I then rubbed out most of it until barely visible with a kneaded eraser. I do this so that I can still see a light underdrawing to work with, but also to get rid of most of the graphite, which doesn't look too good under the coloured pencil. I used a ruler in this drawing for the framework of the front porch of the house. The music track for this one is on a free attribution license from YouTube Music Library.
