The Avenger Rises l XCOM 2 l Lesona Plays We return to XCOM 2's home base of operations - the Avenger - with just one Ranger left. Good ole' Jane Kelly survived where none of her compatriots could - and she got a promotion! Today we're gonna customize her and give her some new skills, and take care of some chores around the ship before we head back out with Kelly and our new recruits. I'm really liking the engineering aspect of XCOM 2 - the fact that you each engineer has a name is neat, as is the fact that you can assign them to specific areas to either clear debris or increase the production of a room. I'm interested to see if some engineers come with boosted stats - such as "When placed in the Advanced Warfare Center, soldiers recover from wound even faster" and the like. I think it would be a pretty cool idea, so give modders some time and I bet it will turn up. As for XCOM 2 itself, I'm not sure what we're going to do. We lost 3 soliders on the first mission, and now I feel like we're very behind already.
