Lesona's video: Incendiary Bullets 101 - How They Work - The Division Theorycrafting

Hey guys, this week we're talking about Incendiary Rounds in Tom Clancy's The Division! I believe that they take their damage from the players level, as I have tested everything else and nothing seems to change the amount of damage done besides level! Interestingly, a bonus armor damage perk on my M4 that I used for testing made the burn damage higher against armor, and I noted that with an annotation in the video when I realized I made a mistake! Incendiary rounds should be used with fast firing weapons to get as many procs as possible before the consumable runs out! I love to hear from you guys!
