A brownie is a square baked dessert. It is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. A brownie is essentially two types : A fudgy Brownie and a Cakey Brownie. Fudgy brownie contains more chocolate and butter whereas a cakey version is more cake like and has more flour ratio. In this video I have shown how to make Fudgy Gooey Chocolatey melting in the mouth Chocolate Brownies. Serve the hot brownies with ice cream drizzled with some chocolate sauce.
