vegan philly cheese steak *************************** for a large batch slice 1 1/2 green pepper and 1 large yellow onion saute in skillet with salt & pepper. Once cooked down add 2 tsp minced garlic. Next, remove onions and peppers form pan and add in 2 packages of slice baby bella mushrooms you can also use oyster mushrooms. Cook down and season with 3 TBS vegan worcherchire sauce. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, a little sea salt, and paprika to taste for measurements its about 1 tsp garlic & onion powder. 1/2 ts black pepper, 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/2 ts paprika. then add the peppers and onions back in. Top with vegan cheese I used daiya cheddar. Cover with lid until cheese melts. serve on toasted hoagie roll. I toasted the inside on a skillet until golden brown on top. I added vegan mayo and ketchup on my philly cheese steak. Vegan buffalo chickpea dip ***************************** add 1 15 oz can rinsed and drained cannelini beans and 1 cup raw cashews to a food proccesor. Pulse a few times to break cashews up. Next add 3/4 cup red hot hot sauce & 1/2 cup non dairy milk ( unsweetened) 1 TBS nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Blend until smooth then pour into a bowl and add in 4 oz dairy free cream cheese. ( I use trader joes brand, miyokos, violife.) it doesnt matter. Add in a handful of green onions and 1 cup of dairy free cheddar cheese. pour into a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish cover loosely with foil and bake at 375 for 30 mins.
