Toss in some spinach and sliced cherry tomaotes, add a little black salt at the end of cooking for an eggy flavor. Vegan sausage ***************** I used beyond sausage patties Sweet potato fries for sushi ****************************** Season with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder and a pinch of cayenne. Drizzle with a little oil and bake at 425 until golden brown. Broccoli mushroom stirfry ***************************** Saute 1/2 yellow onion diced in a little oil along with 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Let cook down then season with 2 tsp minced garlic and 2 tsp minced ginger. Let cook for 2 mins add in 1 head of chopped broccoli and 1 8oz package of mushrooms baby bellas and crimini are best with this recipe. Add about 1/4 cup water cover with lid and let cook on low heat until broccoli is tender. Prepare sauce while its cooking. Add 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce to bowl, 1/4 cup grape seed oil, 2 TBS agave or any liquid sweetener such as, pure maple syrup and 1 TBS cornstarch. Mix or shake pour onto veggies once done. Turn off flame and add in 1 handful of shredded carrots.
