Sometimes in order to meet those fitness goals or just to live a healthier life and feel good inside, the one thing that can help us is eating more vegetables. As we all know vegetables are so good for you but eating the typical boring salad isnt always fun. So i thought i share with you some ways that I incorporate vegetables into my diet that is fun and tasty! Veggie stir fry *************** chop up some veggies of choice, such as, cabbage, kale, carrots, brussel sprouts, onion and add 1 TBS oil to pan let cook down then add some fresh ramen, or rice and toss in your favorite stir fry sauce. For the roasted veggies I added mrs. dash, sea salt, and pepper. Veggie burgers **************** Mash drained and rinsed black beans 2 cans. Leave a few un mashed. Next add in 1 cup breadcrumbs ( i used panko) and 1 cup of carrots. 3 TBS flaxseed. 6 TBS water, 1/4 c red onion. 1/4 cup green onion, 1 1/12 cup brown rice, 1 TBS paprika, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mold in to patties and cook on skillet with a little oil on each side for 4 mins.
