Lexus Ivana's video: How to spice up boring ramen vegan style

I love instant ramen but it can be quite boring sometimes. So I sometimes use this ramen hack to upgrade my ramen noodles. This is a creamy thai peanut butter ramen. and is very simple to make. Saute 1/4 cup green and yellow onions, season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 5 mins on medium low heat add in 1 -2 tsp minced garlic. Let cook for 2 mins then add in 1 tsp thai red curry paste. Cook for 1 minute add 4 cups veggie broth ( I used better than bouillan.) and 1 can full at coconut milk. Cover let come to boil then bring to a simmer as you prepare the sauce. In a seperate bowl add 2 TBS low sodium soy sauce, 2 TBS agave syrup or pure maple syrup, the juice of 1 lime, 1/4C to 1/2C creamy peanut butter, depends on how peanut buttery you like it & 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mic and add to pot. Stir toss in frozen veggie you can add tofu then two packages of instant noodles. Serve immediately.
