Lexus Ivana's video: What I eat to lose weight on a vegan diet

If you love healthy vegan meals or are looking for some inspiration then this video is for you. Grits ****** Add 1/4 cup instant grits to sauce pan and 1 C of water ir veggie broth. I used better than bouillan veggie paste and only added 1/2 tsp of it into the 1 C of water. Season with garlci powder and some cajun seasoning ( I used slap ya mama) Sprnkle some green onions over the top. Quinioa salad **************** Add 1/2 C of white quinoa to a sauce pan and 1 cup of water sprinkle in some sea salt. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 mins. Dice up some cucumber, tomato, green onions, and drain acan a chickpea and use 1/2 Cup for the quinoa. Prepare the dressing: 1 TBS balsamic vinegar, 1 TBS agave, 1 TBS dijon mustard, sprinkle in some garlic powder. Toss veggies over the top of quinioa and ad dressing. Panang curry *************** Saute 1 yelllow onion diced let cook for 5 mins add in 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp minced ginger and 2 TBS red curry paste. Let cook for 2 mins. Add in 1 green and red bell pepper sliced and 3 large sliced carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper let cook down for 5 mins. Add in 1 can full fat coocnut milk, 1/2 cup water and let cook on low for 10-15 mins. Add in 2 tsp peanut butter (optional) 1 TBS soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp coconut sugar, 1 TBS vegetarian fish sauce (optional) 1 TBS lime juice. Serve with jasmine rice
