These are the most delicious vegan chocolate muffins ever! If you want something that is gluten free and vegan but doesn't suck and taste absolutely amazing! Then try this recipe. It requires very simple ingredients and is so quick and easy to whip up. No eggs or dairy required. The most delcious vegan chocolate chip muffins! (gluten free) ***************************************************************** In a bowl sift 1/2 C coco powder 1 C oat flour just blend oats in a blender 1 C gluten free flour blend, I used bobs red mills 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp sea salt Mix then add in 1/2 C + 4 TBS unsweetened almond milk or any non dairy milk 1/2 C water 1/4 C TBS coconut sugar 1/4 C agave 3 TBs melted coconut oil 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Mix then fold in 1 C non dairy chocolate chips Bake at 350 for 16-20mins. ( I baked for 16 mins) Enjoy! 😊
