Lexus Ivana's video: 3 VEGAN RECIPES TO THROW ON THE GRILL

In this video I will show you 3 vegan recipes to throw on the grill this summer. Healthy, affordable and easy to make. Shishkabob marinade ************************ 1/2 C worcestershire sauce 1/2 C low sodium soy sauce 1/2 C grape seed oil 2 TBS Dijon mustard 2 TBS minced garlic 4 TBS lemon juice 4 TBS agave 2 tsp black pepper 4 tsp italian seasoning Grilled veggie tacos ********************* Slice peppers and onions season with salt & pepper & grape seed oil.Then slice yukon gold potatoes season south salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, then drizzle on some grape seed oil. Grill on each side until tender. You can also boil potatoes a little bit before you grill them to take up less time. When potatoes and peppers are done cooking spread some refried beans on corn tortilla. I used goya chipotle style refried beans Then add peppers, onions and potatoes. Top with cashew cream sauce Cashew cream recipe ************************ 1 cup soaked cashews ( I pour boiled water over the top and let it soak for about 30 mins.) 3.4 C water 1 tsp lemonier juice 2 TBS nutritional yeast pinch of cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp sea salt Place tacos on skillet with a little oil to warm up.
