travel montage #??? Last December, I spent a week and a half in Hokkaido. Landing hours before a blizzard, and sitting in a bus slipping down an icy road and crashing into another bus, this trip was filled with an immense number of first-times. But my favourite, favourite moment was a visit to a pink sky. Some time before the thirty-first of December, I walked into a lodge by a farm covered in golden light after days of clouds hovered over the places we went. I walked out an hour later and saw this pink-tinted world glazing over my eyes. The bits of snow falling there mimicked the texture of fresh cotton candy, melting as they rested on my palms.
