Li Anne's video: The Secondhand Balloon l a short film

Before you press play, I should just tell you that the following film is in Mandarin with English subtitles. I also decided to put a little conceptual spin on it (so it might be a bit confusing) so it strays pretty far from a narrative (something I really, really want to do soon).
