Emaar Beachfront and La Mer North Two New Launches to Watch Out For! The launch that we are expecting from Meraas will be the first residential project at La Mer. La Mer is situated at Jumeirah 1 and is already home to over 300 top class restaurants, shops and cafe's plus a new waterpark. As this will be the first launch by Meraas at La Mar it will be difficult to know exactly what to expect but I'm sure it will be of a very style standard.
