I'm done with calling things "my favourite" but this DAWLESS music production combo is up there right now in terms of creativity and inspiration- has it ever been done before, or at least documented? I think not! You've seen it here first :-) The Casio SK1 definitely has its limits and so you are sort of at its mercy- but that's part of the charm of it all- and the OP1 covers for what the SK1 lacks. I'll be holding onto the Casio for a little longer -will definitely be combining it with other solid music making tools. Perhaps Arturia's Drumbrute impact next? We shall see.
